Circumcision Not Recommended
Lymphedema is localized fluid retention of the lymph system. It is typically seen after an injury, cancer radiation treatment, or a parasitic infection. Penile lymphedema is recognized by a swollen penis and discolored skin.
Treatment can consist of specialized massage techniques, compression garments, liposuction, and decongestive therapy; all of which retain the foreskin. In severe cases, surgery might be used to correct the condition, which might result in losing the foreskin or other parts of the penis.
