Circumcision Not Recommended
This is a condition in which the head of the penis is bent downward from skin tension. It is a birth defect, sometimes due to a short urethra, it is also a complication of circumcision.1 It is sometimes accompanied by hypospadias. Circumcision is not advised, since the foreskin is often used to later repair the defect.
