Circumcision Not Recommended
Hypospadias refers to a urethral opening that does not exit normally at the tip of the glans, but below the tip, somewhere along the underside of the penis. Epispadias is a condition where the opening occurs somewhere along the upper side of the penis. This condition arises through a failure of normal development. Circumcision is not required in mild conditions, and it is contraindicated in extreme cases because surgeons use the foreskin to make the repair.
