Circumcision Not Recommended
Frenulum breve is the condition in which a short frenulum restricts the movement of the foreskin. The frenulum is normally long enough to allow for full retraction of the prepuce, so that it lies smoothly back on the shaft of the erect penis. Extreme frenulum breve is often complicated by tearing of the frenulum during sexual activity. The torn frenulum often heals with scar tissue that is less flexible, causing further difficulties. Stretching exercises and steroid creams can be helpful. Alternatively, it may be treated by a plastic-surgery called frenuloplasty.
