Circumcision Recommended
In Islam, circumcision is mentioned in some hadith, but not in the Qur’an.1 Not all Muslims are circumcised, and it not a requirement for converting to Islam. Nevertheless, adults choosing to undergo the rite should be fully informed about the procedure, its complications, and long-term consequences.
